CALL FOR APPLICATIONS

The International Relations Office would like to inform you that we have launched the "Call for Applications for Student Exchange Program" for the Spring Semester 2016-2017, financed by the Erasmus+ Program.

Middle East Technical University, Turkey 

Application deadline: April 15, 2016

•Application Criteria:

The Call is opened to Bachelor/ Master Students:

Bachelor students

1.The student should be in the second, third, fourth or for students of integrated second cycle study programs in the fifth academic year of his/her education or the  student should have completed 60 ECTS and should not be following the final semester of his/her studies

2.Min. GPA 2.5

3.English language proficiency

Master students

1.The student should be in the first semester of the Master of Science study program

2.Min. GPA 2.5

3.English language proficiency

Students from all programs at Epoka University can find the equivalent program at METU.

•Application Documents:

Undergraduate

- Application for International Exchange Form (attached) (to be filled by the student, 3rd page with the advisor)

- English proficiency document (Aptis Test is Ok)

 - Transcript of records (take from the Registers` Office)

 - Statement of purpose (to be prepared by the student)

- Copy of passport / national ID card

Graduate

- Application for International Exchange Form (to be filled by the student, 3rd page with the advisor)

- English proficiency document  (Aptis Test is Ok)

- Transcript of records  (take from the Registers` Office)

 - 1 letter of reference (From one of your professors)

- Research proposal (in case you are writing your thesis)

- Copy of passport / national ID card

•Mobility grant

Each nominated student will receive a grant financed by the European Commission in the amount of 800 Euros/month and travel expenses to host country based on distance.

The nominated students do not pay tuition fees at the host University.
